The Time Has Come!

It all happened so fast! Everything I've anticipated for months has finally come!  In just about 8 hours, I'll be on a long flight to Amsterdam.

Sleepless nights of relentless homework in the midst of heavy packing is finally OVER!  I plan to get some good rest on the plane.  The studious Gregory wants to study for the midterms he has the day directly after the return from the trip.  The lazy Gregory is telling the studious Gregory that that's NOT going to happen! Pray Church, we'll see who wins that battle. -___-

I look forward to the work I'll be doing in Kenya.  I'm told that we'll be doing VBS, finishing a school, and doing medical work.  Whatever I lay my hands on, I know I'll put my best effort forth.

On the flip side, I'm not too thrilled about the 0 means of contacting back home!  As I said, I can't promise that I'll update the blog while I'm on the trip, however I will do my best!   I also plan to send postcards and possibly sneak some tweets wherever there's wifi.
